Perfection is not fundamental for the art-making process, it is about finding a conversation between you and art creating process. The class will provide materials and professional technique and let your imagination flourish through the process and cultivate your inner self.
In class, the students will learn different hand-building techniques as applied to various projects each week. Examples may include a pinch pot, coil, slab project. Projects are not
limited to functional wares. We will explore with all kinds of topics: Animals (marine life, pets, mountain wildlife), Holidays, sports, Cultural events, Master artists, etc.
Clay, glaze and firing are included in class fees.
